Family with children suitable choice
Everything was perfect! The room was super clean and very nice, we got a bow window facing a lovely inner garden. Our kids loved watching the squirrels from it, pure bliss! Plus, the staff were just amazing especially the guy at the reception who helped us figure out how to get to Gatwick, really were great.
It wasn't inexpensive, but you know what, it was still acceptable for what we got.

The kids like sleeping in the loft. I liked the short walk to the underground. A few good restaurants are nearby as well.
The breakfast was okay but I would of liked more cereal and bread selection. Only 3 cereals and white bread.

Overall great value for the money. Location was excellent. Continental breakfast was very good. Hotel staff was friendly - one guy at the front desk on daytime shift was especially good as he really went beyond call of duty to help my wife find a camera shop where she could purchase a new battery for her digital camera. My wife and I would stay at London Town Hotel again for sure and we'd happily recommend it to anyone.
Maybe the bathroom was a bit small and the fan didn't work very well, but those were very minor issues that didn't impact our overall lodging experience.

compact rooms, convenient tuber access, lovely garden
Rooms are small, practically cramped!!! Cleaning only at request is a hassle when luggage takes up space!!! The lounge has limited seating options. I'd rather have comfort after a long day!!! I missed having some additional amenities.

Three of us girls stayed 6 nights in the family suite with one double bed and 2 singles, the bathroom was clean and housekeeping done every day. The room was also spacious enough, bedding is clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful, and just 5 mins walk away from Earl's court tube. I will definitely stay there again if there is a chance.
Maybe can change the variety of food for the breakfast provided.

Nice and cosy hotel. Good continental breakfast (buffet), friendly staff, free wi-fi internet, tea/cofee facilities. My room was small, but the facilities were new and it was cleaned every day. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

thoroughly enjoyed this hotel, had 2 excellent days here. the a double room was compact, it had terrace and a lounge. efficient staff in a very threatening manner, did a nice job. the favourable location near a subway station was just what i needed. tried some takeout specials at burger king, luckily it was just a pleasant stroll away from the venue.

The location was super convenient, just a quick walk from Earl's Court, made trips to the museums and theaters in central London easy.
In my wife's opinion, the family room felt cramped for our needs.

Well, we liked our (8-days long) staying at the hotel and will try to stay again there next time. Great location (tube & store), nice breakfast, good staff etc). Sure, it's not perfect for some reasons (free wifi is not stable on the upper floor, you're not able to hang your clothes in the bathroom and... that's all ;) So, I do recommend this hotel. And it's better to ask for an upper floor just in case... And you can pay for the hotel anytime you like - you're not being asked to pay in advance...So good hotel with good relations!
